How it works:
- The Cold low level laser can be applied directly to the skin. This laser device has been proven in two double-blind, randomized, placebo controlled studies specifically to have clinical effect.
- Designed to reduce unwanted fat without surgery. The Laser penetrates 7cm through the skin to the 3rd layer called Hypodermis. Photochemical reaction takes place (lipolysis – breakdown of lipids) which changes the composition of the fat and allow the fat cell wall to become temporally permeable. What once was solid fat (triglycerides), is now liquified (hydrolysed) into water, glycerol and free fatty acids. Free fatty acids are released into the blood and made available for cellular uptake.
- The fat is then released into your interstitial fluid and flushed out by your lymphatic system. (The water is utilized or excreted, and free fatty acids are utilized in the body as energy or reabsorbed by other cells. The glycerol is processed through natural metabolic functions. The adipose tissue is not removed, but significantly shrinks in size, resulting in an improved sculpted body).
The fat cells reduce in size and the lymphatic system then removes the fatty liquids though the venous system. Because we store our toxins in our fat, this also has a cleansing effect on the body.
